We do not provide automatic backups as part of our hosting service. This means it is your responsibility to regularly create and manage backups of your website and email data.

What this means for you

• Backups are not automatically generated or stored by us
• You must manually create backups of your website and database
• We strongly recommend keeping multiple backup copies in a safe location

How you can protect your data

To keep your website safe, we recommend:

• Creating regular backups using WordPress backup plugins
• Downloading full backups via DirectAdmin File Manager
• Backing up your database separately via MySQL tools
• Storing backups on your computer or cloud storage

Recommended backup frequency

• Small websites: at least once per week
• Active websites or blogs: daily or before updates
• Online stores (WooCommerce): daily backups recommended

Important Notes

• Hosting issues, updates, or user changes can cause data loss
• Having your own backups ensures you can restore your site at any time
• Always test backups occasionally to ensure they work correctly
