A hosting account is usually suspended due to non-payment or a billing issue. Once the outstanding balance is cleared, your service can be reactivated and your website and email restored.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in to your FossBilling client area
Go to your client portal and sign in with your account details.
2. Check your services
Navigate to:
- Services
- Select the suspended hosting service
3. View unpaid invoices
Go to Billing / Invoices and check for any outstanding payments linked to the service.
4. Pay the overdue invoice
Open the unpaid invoice and complete payment using your preferred payment method.
5. Wait for automatic reactivation
Once payment is confirmed:
- Your hosting service will be reactivated automatically
- Your website and email should come back online shortly after
