Overview
You can change your hosting plan at any time through your client portal. Upgrading gives you more resources, while downgrading allows you to switch to a smaller plan that better fits your needs.
Step-by-Step Guide
-
Log in to your client portal
-
Go to Services
-
Click Manage next to your active hosting service
-
Scroll to the Management Actions section
-
Click Upgrade/Downgrade
-
Choose your new hosting plan
- Select a higher plan to upgrade
- Select a lower plan to downgrade
-
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your change
What Happens Next?
- Upgrades are usually applied instantly or within a short time
- Downgrades may require checking that your account fits within the new plan limits
- You will receive a confirmation once the change is complete
Important Notes
- Your files, emails, and databases are usually not affected
- If downgrading, make sure your usage (disk space, email accounts, etc.) fits the new plan
- Some upgrades may adjust your billing automatically
Before You Change Plans
We recommend reviewing:
