Overview
You can view and download all your invoices directly from your FossBilling client area. This allows you to keep records of payments or download invoices for accounting purposes.
Step-by-Step Guide

Log in to your FossBilling client area

Go to Billing → Invoices

You will see a list of all your invoices, including:
- Paid invoices
- Unpaid invoices
- Cancelled or refunded invoices

Click on the invoice you want to view

You can then:
- View the invoice details on-screen
- Click Download PDF to save a copy
Downloading multiple invoices
If you need several invoices:
- Open each invoice individually
- Download them one by one as PDF files
(Some setups may also include bulk export options depending on configuration.)
Important Notes
- Invoices are generated automatically for each billing cycle
- Paid invoices will always remain accessible in your account
- Downloaded PDFs can be used for accounting or business records
Common Issues & Fixes
Invoice not showing
- Make sure you are logged into the correct account
- Check under both “Paid” and “Unpaid” tabs
Download button not working
- Try a different browser
- Disable pop-up blockers
Missing recent invoice
- It may still be generating—refresh the page or wait a few minutes
