What happens if I don’t pay my invoice?

Overview

If your invoice is not paid by the due date, your hosting service will be suspended on the same day. This means your website and email services will stop working until payment is made.

What happens immediately after non-payment

If the invoice is not paid on time:

• Your hosting account is suspended the same day
• Your website will go offline
• Email services will stop sending and receiving
• Access to your control panel may be restricted

What happens to your data

• Your website files and databases are kept on our servers for a limited retention period
• Your data is not immediately deleted
• Services can usually be restored quickly after payment

How to restore your service

To reactivate your hosting:

Log in to your FossBilling client area Go to Billing / Invoices Pay the outstanding invoice Your service will be automatically reactivated after payment is processed
