Overview
If your hosting service expires, your website and email services will stop working until the service is renewed. Your data is not deleted immediately, so you still have time to restore access.
What happens after expiry
1. Immediate service suspension
Once your hosting expires:
- Your website will go offline
- Email services will stop sending and receiving
- Your control panel access may be restricted
2. Grace period (60 days)
After expiry, your account enters a retention period:
- Your files and databases are kept on our servers for up to 60 days
- You can still renew your hosting during this time
- Once renewed, your website and email will be restored
3. After 60 days
If the hosting is not renewed within 60 days:
- Your website files and databases may be permanently deleted
- Email data associated with the account may also be removed
- Recovery may no longer be possible after this point
How to restore your service
To bring your hosting back online:
