Before You Start
Make sure you have:
- Your full email address (e.g. info@yourdomain.com)
- Your email password
- Your mail server details (provided by your hosting account)
Recommended Settings (IMAP)
Use the following settings when prompted:
Incoming Mail (IMAP)
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Port: 993
- Security: SSL/TLS
- Username: Full email address
- Password: Your email password
Outgoing Mail (SMTP)
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Port: 465 (or 587)
- Security: SSL/TLS or STARTTLS
- Username: Full email address
- Password: Your email password
iPhone Setup
- Go to Settings
- Tap Mail → Accounts → Add Account
- Select Other → Add Mail Account
- Enter your name, email, password, and description
- Select IMAP
- Enter the server settings above
- Save and finish setup
Android Setup
- Open the Gmail app (or Email app)
- Tap Add Account
