How do I change my account password?

Overview

You can change your hosting account password at any time through your client portal. This password is used to access your hosting service and control panel login area.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to your client portal

  2. Go to Services

  3. Click Manage next to your active hosting service

  4. Scroll down to the Management Actions section

  5. Click Change Password

  6. Enter your new password

    • Use a strong password (mix of letters, numbers, and symbols)
    • Avoid using easily guessable words or personal information

  7. Confirm and save your changes
