You can change your hosting account password at any time through your client portal. This password is used to access your hosting service and control panel login area.
Step-by-Step Guide

Log in to your client portal

Go to Services
-
Click Manage next to your active hosting service

Scroll down to the Management Actions section

Click Change Password
-
Enter your new password
- Use a strong password (mix of letters, numbers, and symbols)
- Avoid using easily guessable words or personal information

Confirm and save your changes
Important Notes
- Your new password will apply to your hosting service login
- You may need to use the new password when accessing DirectAdmin
- Keep your password stored securely
