How do I login to my control panel?

Overview

You can access your DirectAdmin control panel from your client area or directly via your domain once it’s connected to your hosting.

Option 1: Login via Client Area (Recommended)

1. Log in to your client area
2. Go to Services → Manage
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
4. Click the Control Panel Login button

This will automatically log you into DirectAdmin without needing to enter your username or password again.

Option 2: Login via Direct URL

If your domain is pointing to your hosting, you can log in directly:

1. Open your web browser
2. Enter your domain followed by port :2222
   • Example: yourdomain.com:2222
3. Enter your DirectAdmin username and password

Important Notes

• Your domain must be pointing to our nameservers for direct access to work
• If your domain has just been updated, it may take time to fully propagate

Checking DNS Propagation

If you're unable to access your control panel via your domain, your DNS may still be updating. You can use a DNS propagation checker to confirm whether your domain is pointing correctly.

Common Issues & Fixes

Page won’t load using :2222

• Ensure your domain is pointing to the correct nameservers
• Try accessing using your server IP instead

Login details not working

• Double-check your username and password
• Reset your password via the client area if needed
