Overview
Renewing your domain ensures your website, email, and services remain active. If a domain expires, your website may go offline and email services may stop working.
This guide explains how to renew your domain through your client area.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in to your client area
- Access your client area login page
- Enter your email and password
2. Go to Domains section
- Open the Domains menu
- Find the domain you want to renew
3. Check renewal status
You will see one of the following:
- Active (not due yet)
- Expiring soon
- Expired
4. Start the renewal process
- Click Renew next to the domain
- Select the renewal period (e.g. 1 year, 2 years, etc.)
- Confirm the renewal price
5. Complete payment
- Proceed to checkout
- Pay using your preferred payment method
- Wait for confirmation
6. Confirm renewal is complete
After payment:
- Domain status will update to Active
- Expiry date will extend automatically
Important Notes
- Renew before the expiry date to avoid downtime
- Some domains enter a “grace period” after expiry, but services may be interrupted
- Email services linked to the domain may stop if renewal is delayed
- Auto-renew is recommended where available
